pela CONAE em 2010 ainda encontramos municípios que não fazem desse ato uma
prática, a exemplo do nosso Município de Ibotirama que em 2010, teve a primeira
eleição para diretores, mas devido os diretores não acreditarem, nem
compreenderem o processo registraram sua candidaturas e desistiram preferindo
permanecer no cargo por indicação. Apenas duas escolas passaram pelo processo
eletivo. Terminado o mandato de três anos conforme previa o plano de carreira
uma nova eleição ainda não aconteceu retornando a prática de indicação
política, porém há uma luta entre o Sindicato e o gestor público para que haja
eleição ainda este ano.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
